Thank you for your support this year!
I am very sorry for not being able to complete "Understanding of the Abyss", which I was aiming to release by the end of this year.I' m going to do my best to finish it next year.
I tried to post a game image that would be auspicious for the New Year, but since it is a horror game, there was no such thing.
So I'll post an image that has nothing to do with the game.
As the production progressed, I was able to take pictures of new parts of the scene, so I will post them here.
Here are the outdoor and indoor scenes.
The latter two pictures are the other side of the room I posted in the past. The first picture seems to show a forest.
There is no image processing, so you can feel it like this even during the game.
As for the production status, as soon as I finish the scene I'm working on, I'd like to move. In-game.
As for the houses that were completed at the beginning, there was a problem that they were small because they had been illegally built by modifying free materials. There were other minor problems, such as no floors, no ceilings, no doors, etc., and they were renovated, but I felt the need for fundamental improvement because the narrowness definitely narrowed the playing area of the game.
So I decided to move to a more stable house. The interior and gimmick can be transplanted, so it won't take much time.As soon as the house is completed, this blog will post it.
I tried new assets and the load process.
These things were tested on a separate project. If they are tried in a production environment, they will all crash when a fatal error occurs.
Since it looks good, I took a video like a game.
Please note that this is for practice, not as a game.
Thanks to the new assets, a system that lets you see through walls (like The Last of Us) was easily implemented.
The load process seems to be well working, so it will be implemented in the main game.
And thank you very much for your support.
This month, there will be a big sale at the official Unity asset store, so I will use it there. I want to make better works. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ...!
・Highlighting of items (items that can be interacted with are indicated by a light)
・Smooth behavior processing of the viewpoint
・Improvement of overall graphics such as light / shadow processing and color tone
・Display of search targets
・Main character's voice(tentative)
・Becoming faster
I'm aiming to release a demo version of the game that you can actually play the early stages.
It will be a test version, at which time the detailed settings will be adjusted.
I apologize for the long interval between blog updates.
I used to go to the city for work, but due to the corona disaster, I am now retired and have moved because life has become more difficult.
Although my money has run out, more time will be spent on the game since my production environment will change drastically.
I apologize for not being able to say when the project will be completed. I will steadily build up and aim for completion.
Thank you very much for all your support. Thanks to you, the game is getting better and better.
I'll do my best to complete it!
