初の依頼からしばらくして、何人かの方から校正の相談をしていただけるようになりました。

私個人としましては慈善活動的側面が大きいので、校正に関して依頼料はあまり受け取るつもりはありませんでした。

しかし、この活動に一定の需要があると知ることが出来た現在は、この活動を持続的なものにすることを考えております。

願わくば、私以外の方も校正に参加して頂いて、より多くの作品をローカラーズしたいと思います。

そのためには依頼料をいただく必要があると考えたわけです。

そしてその依頼料の設定に非常に苦労しております。

私が行っている校正の最大の利点は、従来の翻訳よりも早く仕上げられること、その言語を知らなくても仕上げられる点です。

そうなると、依頼料は従来の翻訳者よりも安くしなければなりません。
それよりも高くなると、普通の翻訳者に依頼すればいい、となってしましますから。

翻訳を依頼したり、依頼を受けたりしたことがある人は、いくらで受けたのか教えて頂けますか？
作品を作られている方がいましたら、どれくらいなら支払うことが出来るかを教えていただきたいです。

Some time after my first request, several people started asking me about proofreading.

For me personally, I had no intention of receiving much in the way of fees for proofreading because of the charitable aspect of my work.

However, now that I know there is a certain demand for this activity, I am considering making it a sustainable one.

Hopefully, more people besides me will participate in the proofreading process, so that we can localize more people's work.

So I thought it was necessary to charge a commission fee for this.

And I have a very difficult time setting that commission fee.

The biggest advantage of the proofreading I do is that it's faster than a traditional translation, and you don't need to know the language to finish it.

This means that the commissioning fee has to be lower than that of a traditional translator.
If it's more expensive than that, you'll just have to hire a regular translator.

If you've ever asked for or received a request for a translation, can you tell me how much you got for it?

If you are working on a piece, I would like to know how much you can pay for it.
