東京に住んでた頃は花粉症がひどかったんですが、長野に移住してからほぼ症状が出なくなりました。
何が原因なのかわかりませんが、今は自炊100%の生活してるので、多分、食べ物が重要なんだと思います。
そもそも外食しようにもあんまり店がない……
