光の絆の生徒達「高解像度キャラメイクDLC」近日発売のお知らせ

「光の絆の生徒達」の DLC として、「高解像度キャラメイクDLC」を近日中に発売することにしました。

(Yakuentei will release "Hi-Res Character Creation DLC" soon (= within several days), as a DLC of "Students of Light Bonds".)

実は既に審査に投入しているため、審査が通過次第、販売サイト側に公開される予定です。

(In fact, Yakuentei has already requested the review to the store site. So, once finished the review by store team, the DLC will be available on store page.)

DLC の概要 (Overview of this DLC)

既に、DLsite と Steam の両方で、本 DLC に対応するための本体側のバージョンアップ (v1.1) を実施しました。

(Yakuentei has updated "Students of Light Bonds" to v1.1 for both DLsite and Steam edition, in order to support this DLC.)

DLC を購入・インストールすると、キャラメイク上で上記のメニューが利用できるようになり、キャラの立ち絵を 2048x4096 ピクセルの透過 PNG ファイルとして出力できるようになります。

(Once you have purchased & installed this DLC, you can use above menu in Character Creation. You will be able to take each character's photo into 2048x4096 pixels PNG file with transparency background.)

上記は、出力された PNG ファイルを Photoshop で開いたときの例です。灰色と白色のチェック模様のところが、完全に透明な部分です。

DLC の販売形態 (Sales form of this DLC)

DLC そのものは、DLsite 専売として発売することにしました。

(The DLC itself is a monopoly product on DLsite (= tagged as "DL Exclusive").)

Steam で購入することはできませんが、Steam 版の「光の絆の生徒達」に組み込んで使うことは可能です。

(You cannot purchase this DLC on Steam, but you can also use this DLC with Steam Edition of "Students of Light Bonds".)

なぜ Steam ストアでは本 DLC を販売しないのか (Why this DLC is not available on Steam Store)

それは、Steam の返品基準が、本 DLC にとっては緩すぎるからです。

(Because the requirements of refund on Steam is too easy for this DLC.)

引用：ベースとなる製品のDLC購入後のプレイ時間が2時間未満であれば可能

(Quote: the underlying title has been played for less than two hours since the DLC was purchased)

つまり、2 時間以内に欲しいキャラだけ撮影して返品という行為が Steam に認められてしまう可能性があるのです。

(It means that you can take some photos only what you want within 2 hours, and refund this DLC may be accepted by Steam.)

なので、返品リスクのことも考えて、Steam では販売しないことにしました。

(Therefore, Yakuentei has decided not to release this DLC on Steam, with refund risk considering.)

動作確認のための体験版 DLC も用意しましたので、「購入したけど動かない」というリスクは避けることができます。

(The DEMO version of this DLC is available for checking operations on your PC. So, you can avoid the software trouble risk before purchasing.)
